Throughout our history, we have successfully partnered with 27 startups across a diverse range of industries, including finance, media, medical technology, software, hospitality, and real estate.We provide more than just financial backing. Bill Arvinius
CEO & PartnerBill Arvinius holds a degree in Business and Economics with an academic background in accounting and auditing from the United States. Bringing extensive international experience, Bill most recently spent seven years in London, where he served as Chief of Staff and helped build the fintech company Jaja Finance. During his time at Jaja Finance, the business successfully scaled from an early-stage startup of 10 employees and a handful of clients to 250 team members and over 300,000 active credit card customers.During his tenure in London, Bill helped manage successful funding rounds securing over £120 million, implemented robust corporate governance structures, and optimized internal processes to achieve significant cost efficiencies. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience within the banking and healthcare sectors in the US through positions at Wells Fargo and the Mayo Clinic, combined with a strong foundation in business development and commercial sales.

Stefan Stern
PartnerStefan Stern is an experienced investor, board professional, and advisor with a distinguished track record of senior leadership roles across both Swedish business and politics. His career includes serving as State Secretary in the Swedish Government and as Corporate Communications Director within Investor AB’s executive management. As a member of Investor AB's Management Group and Investment Committee, he worked actively and long-term with portfolio companies—an experience he also brought to similar leading roles at the investment firm Nordstjernan.Beyond his focus on strategic ownership in large corporations, Stefan possesses extensive expertise in value creation and operational improvement for smaller growth companies. His areas of specialization include corporate positioning, strategic communication, public affairs, and capital raising. Today, he serves as an advisor to Wallenberg Investments and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv), and is the active Chairman of the Board at Mando Group and Hela Radio Pharma, alongside board positions at Demoskop and the Royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten).

Göran Arvinius
PartnerGöran Arvinius holds a degree in Business and Economics and is a pioneer within Swedish commercial television and digital media. With a deep background in communication and media, he has a long and successful track record of building companies from the ground up. Göran has played a pivotal role in the launch of several influential businesses, including TV4, DoubleClick, Adison Advertising Agency, CTV, and A Perfect Guide, as well as the development of Arbottna Manor (Arbottna Herrgård).Since 2002, Göran has operated as an active angel investor, backing and developing 26 startup companies. Through his long-standing engagement in early-stage ventures, he has built a unique understanding of what drives growth companies to succeed. His true passion lies in strategic sales, customer satisfaction, and the art of attracting top talent—expertise he leverages today to guide and develop the next generation of portfolio companies.

Peter Elmlund
PartnerPeter Elmlund is a versatile entrepreneur, executive, and publisher with a long and successful track record of driving commercial and strategic growth across the real estate, media, and tech sectors. He has founded and scaled several prominent businesses, including the e-commerce pioneer BlueMarx, which went public in 2001, and the financial daily Finanstidningen, alongside serving as publisher and co-founder of Axess Magasin and Axess TV. Today, he combines his commercial drive and strategic leadership in his role as CEO of Utansjöverken Fastigheter AB and through his own independent real estate development projects.Alongside his corporate achievements, Peter is a leading international expert in urban development and urban form. For twenty years, he directed the Urban City Research program at the Ax:son Johnson Foundation, and as head of the global initiative Future of Places, he was instrumental in shaping urban policy that directly influenced the United Nations' global Sustainable Development Goals. A graduate in Business and Economics from Lund University, Peter has delivered around 400 lectures internationally and has served as a guest researcher at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
